The 2008 NACC is themed around Living Dangerously. The event will be held at Cincinnati's Duke Energy Center July 1-4, 2008.
Your interest in the 2008 exhibit hall excites us!
To join us as an exhibitor at the 2008 NACC, please complete the following steps:
Danger #1: Complete an application… Step One: Part A:
If you have already completed an application; you are pre – approved to exhibit with the NACC this year. If you have not received the link to the contractual agreement please contact aplatt@nacc-online.org.
Note: These links will first be emailed to organizations that exhibited with the NACC in Kansas City in 2007 around the second week of October. In early November information will be sent to all other pre-approved exhibitors and space will be available on a first come first serve basis.
Step One: Part B:
If you have not exhibited with us before please complete the exhibit application and fax it to the office at 513-772-9980. If you have exhibited with the NACC in the past 5 years there is no need to complete an application, instead please contact Abi Platt at aplatt@nacc-online.org to express your interest.
Danger #2: Complete the contractual agreement… Step Two: Once your application is approved, you will receive an email with a link to our contractual agreement. Complete the agreement online with payment and your organization will secure booth placement.
Danger #3: Register… Step Three: Register your onsite booth representatives. The form for booth representative registration is included in the contractual agreement this year (Danger#2). You will also be given another opportunity to register your booth representatives in late April/early May. Registration ensures that badges will be located at your booth upon arrival.
