Prayer Requests

Please join us in constant prayer for the North American Christian Convention.

God's will: Ask God to accomplish what He wants through the NACC. Pray that we would seek and conform to His will. Pray that we would be the church He desires. Rejoice that God will "do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us."
Unity: Praise God for the unity He has established through Christ and the barriers He has already overcome. Pray that this summer's convention will be a historic moment marking the continuation of a genuine and lasting reconciliation particularly between Christian Churches and Churches of Christ.
Participants: Ask God to exceed our hopes for attendance. Pray for enthusiastic participation from Christian Churches and Churches of Christ, and that many other believers will be moved to participate as well. Entreat Him to prepare our hearts to be fertile to His word, overflowing with love, and willing to repent as necessary. Pray that a spirit of oneness would permeate our gathering. Thank the Lord for the needs that will be met in participants' lives.
Outreach: Pray that our togetherness in Christ might increase our harvest both in the compelling nature of our oneness and the cooperation of our outreach efforts. Pray for impact in the region of the world.
Leadership: Thank God for all the convention personnel. Pray for the spiritual well-being and wisdom of the leaders, speakers, NACC staff, and their families that we all might be led to the oneness that God intends for His glory. Pray for God's strength and guidance in preparation for the NACC.
Volunteers: Thank God for the volunteers and pray that their labor would be fruitful for God's purposes. Praise God for the local churches of the convention area and their involvement in the NACC. Pray that we would benefit one another.
Resources: Thank the Lord for the bountiful resources in the hands of His people and pray that our generosity would supply the needs of the convention. Thank God for the convention center and the personnel of city who will be serving us throughout the year and during the convention.
